OF LIFECYCLE MARKETING

The role highlights:

We’re looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to conceptualize and help drive the company's CRM strategy, while providing marketing leadership for diverse product initiatives. The role is responsible for an effective application of CRM strategies to drive client and customer engagement throughout their life cycles.

This role will report to the company's Managing Director.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a productive full-cycle CRM strategy for the company's customers and clients, with emphasis on effective conversion
  • Implement and execute sales strategies that identify new market opportunities and increase the company's footprint for both existing and targeted strategic markets
  • Partner with the management team to determine the right channel mix for each micro-market/neighborhood
  • Manage agent network and agent engagement
  • Assist in agent performance review
  • Develop and oversee implementation of market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission
  • Develop annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the lifecycle marketing
  • Develop a playbook to leverage paid marketing to drive new opportunities, increase repeat customer engagements, and expand customer LTV
  • Partner with the management team to communicate new feature launches and market updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience preferred
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record in coaching, mentoring and developing team members
  • Superior strategic acumen and knowledge of CRM best practices
  • Ability to effectively influence decisions up and across the company
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Shines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

  • In the greater Seattle area the first year salary range is $188,370 - $250,532. Additionally Rover offers equity (RSU’s) and benefits to all employees.
  • The cash compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
