Ideal offers immersive internship programs, where college students and recent grads have an opportunity to take on real-world assignments. For instance, you’ll have a chance to connect with CRE players, and gain work experience that’s tailored to your learning style. As an Ideal intern, you’ll be assigned a mentor to ensure you get the most out of your internship experience.

How to make the best of your internship? Be open to new experiences, enjoy your time at Ideal, ask lots of questions and leverage your time at the brokerage. You’ll learn a lot and develop a style through the study of a variety of perspectives in a real estate transaction, all the while thinking about the people and businesses you’ll be learning to serve.
